Cross River State is known for one of the largest forest Basin in West Africa. The Affi Forest is home to tall and virgin forest which contributes so much to global climate regulation. However, the Governor Ayade’s Administration Destroyed the green project and our rain forest with illegal deforestation.

At VOTP news we are  pleading with the Otu’s Administration to do everything Within it’s powers to ensure that deforestation of our rainforest is put to an end. Because the Government cannot be embarking on a $5 Billion project Building Green project and illegal deforestation continues.
